I bought my Vulcan 800 classic in April 2010. It had 6,800 mile on it and I drove it 4,000 miles last summer. It\´s a great bike - love the looks (red and black). Handles well and fast enough. However, I wish it had more acceleration at 75 mph to pass other vehicles. Could change sprokets which would help. Went on a 250 mile trip this summer in the Colorado/Wyoming mountains and did great. Anyways, plan to put some Vance & Hines cruzer pipes on this spring. Should improve performance, sound and looks. Aftermarket pipes are much lighter than stock which also helps. Mine has saddle bags, windshield and tank bra. I run full synthetic oil in it. Hope you enjoy your bike.
