05 Kawasaki KLR 650 discussion forum: Only runs on full choke?

Hello everyone! I have a 2004 KLR 650 with 1750 miles. The bike will only run or idle warm or cold with full choke. I removed and cleaned carburetor (all loooked good), reassembles and same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks, Carl
