I have just purchased a honda 1983 honda xl 600r. The compression switch for releasing the compression is squeezed when I try and start it. Am I suppose to make sure it is tope dead center( the piston before I try and kick it over. After about a loittle over half a dozen kicks and it dont start Im wore out. (pussy) I do choke it about 3/8\
