I have a problem that hopefully some can help with. I had some bad knocking consistant with a bad ujoint. I removed the ujoint and it was bad so I replaced it with a ujoint that looked to be in very good condition with a reported 57K miles on it. I still have a knocking noise around the ujoint area but less and a bit different. The knock is noticable at 45 MPH or above and only when I pull in on the clutch in 5th gear. Sometimes in 4th but not as much. Everything seemed in good condition when I put it back together but I\´m suspecting I have a bad final drive. Any opinions? Thanks. Jim (jimsambass@aol.com)
