hehehe again I´m Malaysian and a proud owner of CB4SF Spec II. They say the bike known as JDM have a power cut off at 180km/h but i´ve tried mine it can goes up to about 200km/h since the top speed indicator in the speedometer only show 190km/h and for sure the speed is more than 190km/h. I do it on the road and the fear still within me, immediately after reach about 200km/h I close the trottle. Sorry I have no experience on previous version of CB4. Malaysia just import this model in 2003.
