i bought a new 2009 kawasaki gtr august 2009 . well i can say a great bike , plenty of auxillerating power , i loved the bike , but i only had the bike 9 mnths 10.000klms . but i was so dissapointed in the seat ,for me it was disgusting for me as i am 6ft 5in tall and with no ajustments .i had the seat altered but still i kept sliding down on to the tank.one description by me was nut crushers. its a shame but i couldnt get comfy . so much to my disapointment i sold it at give away price if only kawasaki thought of the tall riders and designed a seat ajustment . i would buy a new one tomorrow. otherwise a great bike . even with the problem i had with it , i must say it is a very safe bike i am 70yrs had bikes all my life and i felt very safe on it. bill.
