Son\´s bike. 2007 Street Bob with 6000 miles. Riding home the other night. 3rd gear around 30 mph. Rear tire locked up on him. Got it home via a trailer. Found that the rear sprocket bolts had vibrated loose and hit the frame. Broke the bolts off and bent 1 real bad. Scarred sprocket, threw belt off, bent belt guard and completely stripped the bolt housing. Needs new rear wheel, sprocket, belt and belt guard. The local Harley Service dept. manager (my son works there) told him that they are beginning to see a lot of this on the Street Bob\´s and some cruisers as well. Anyone else heard of this before? I recommend everyone check their rear sprocket bolts and make sure they are tight. It\´s a miracle he didn\´t put it down as he had just exited the interstate!!
