I am back on the road and the bike is runing like a champ! The cost of the fix was expensive though. The dealer I broght the bike to replaced all the jets in my carbs. The dealer told me to use C12 racing fuel every other fill up to stop the problem form occuring again. The fuel is $75.00 for 5 gallons which is very expensive so what I have been doing is using Shell 93 octane fuel and every 5 fill ups adding a half a tank of C12 and it seems to work much better. They also told me to add a cap of MM oil to a full tank to keep the carbs from building up again.
