Immmm the starter clutch is held on tight on a taper and without the proper tools you are gonna struggle. The bolt is loctited so even removing the entire head to relieve the tension is still gonna be hard. I hate to say this but if there is no workable head left you are gonna have to take the entire head off the bolt, drill it, and use an easy-out. Once the head is off the bolt you will have to remove the starter clutch (special tool)warm up the tapered part of the crank and remove remains of the bolt. Or and I know this sounds a bit harsh but weld another bolt head to the remains and try again. The welding may even heat the loctite and come out easily once this is done.
