bought a 89 1 w g as an unfinished project track bike. every thing seemed normal started first click there is a new akropovic straight thro silencer. i have run it a few yards on the street but it will just die if left ticking over for a few minutes. it is running rich plugs are sooty black. best to re jet or change to original exhaust?
