G´day...this must be a Slovenian thing...the only limit on the Vstar/Dragstar is the 250cc motor. Mine will cruise comfortably at 120kph, with a bit left. Reputedly they will go to 145kph on a good run, but , who needs it?.....I use mine for mainly commuting to work and don´t have anything to prove by riding a bike larger than I need... regards, Neil S
