I have the chance to purchase a 1980 Goldwing (55,000 miles) minus the fairings and saddlebags for $300.00 dollars. It needs one of the carbs rebuilt, master cylinder for the rear brake replaced or repaired and some has some rust on the passanger foot pegs. It actually runs good but back fires until it warms ups (hence the carb rebuild). Title is free and clear. Does anyone have any ideas on leaving it bare or adding back on the fairings and bags? |
