I too encountered micheal garner. he has a fake transport company set up called extra delivery.com. Now he has a cbr1000 rr for sale. Same pitch: he is away in london and his wife will handle the transaction. sound familiar. I am toying with him right now making him think I dont know about his scam. I will drag him along getting his hopes up only to crush him.
