hi im a bird and a bit numb !lol anyone know the standard top speed on a honda zoomer b4 de restriction . whats the crack with the fuel being a 4 stroke is it lrp or unleaded ? and does anyone know if you can carry a passenger on a full uk car licence on a 50 (licence held since 1986)? cheers kindest regards tracey
