Hello, I own a 2001 Concours. it had 3000 miles on it when I bought it. since then I have had an idle problem where the engine oscillates up and down about 100 RPM but only during idle. I have had the valves adjusted,carbs synced, spark plugs changed (twice) air cleaner serviced and still the engine searches up and down. does anyone know why this is?
