I bought my 1980 CB650 1 month ago. It sat for several years. When I got it I had to clean the carbs to get it running. It runs good at low RPM\´s , but if you try to get on it any it wants to cut out. I can\´t get over 60 mph. I\´m wondering if it is running to rich or if it\´s not firing properly. My battery won\´t stay charged either. I put a new battery on it. Can someone HELP
