This is the best motorcycle ever. I use it for commuting to work and for trips to school, etc. in OK. I have put 27000+ miles on it since 3/1/2006 (06 model). It was the best $8499 I ever spent on a vehicle. Handles like a sport bike, passes anything that is in front of me on the highway with ease, can keep up with the crotch rockets, makes cruisers look like useless bricks, and carries enough clothing, etc. for a 3 week trip. The fairing offers excellent protection. It is still simple enough to work on myself. I don\´t need or want any stinking CPU\´s or key fob\´s, or stupid slipper clutches. I will never ride around any stupid tracks. I am getting 44 mpg and I do not baby this thing at all.
