Ok guys, if you notice, the noise changes when you pull in the clutch. All of the Royal Stars seem to have it; some worse than others and the noise persists even on the brand new ones. I don\´t know why Yamaha hasn\´t resolved this. They know of the noise and I think it\´s fixable, but I guess it\´s easier to do nothing. And it has turned several people away from buying one. It\´s a hydraulic clutch noise to the best of my knowledge. It\´s not an engine noise and there is nothing wrong with the engine. To fix??? Yamaha would have to come up with a new IMPROVED clutch and by now, it\´s obvious they have no intent of doing it.
