Great bike. Solidly over engineered with magnificent fit and finish.They still have Carbs, and an exhaust and intake sound that is both distinctive and very pleasing. They are not a cutting edge sports bike (and never were), but are a fabulous sports tourer with heaps of class. A bit top heavy if you are more acustomed to a modern sports bike feel and handling, but once on the move feels solid as a rock and very comfortable to ride at a good skip. Dont be afraid to grab these old girls by the scruff of the neck and stuff them into a turn, they dont respond well to a gentle caress. The T300 series daytonas are a real world motorcycle that is a pleasure to own/ride/stare at. They will one day become a bit of a collectable classic IMHO. I love the British bulldogs in Diablo Black the best!!!!!
