im looking at buying a 2004 ktm exc 250 2 stroke bike. i want to make it street legel, my question is, has anyone been able to do this? im going to my local dmv tonight after work to figure things out over there, and then going to ask more questions to the seller about the title on the bike.
i called a local ktm dealer, and they said they can get all the lighting for me, as well as a ktm gauge cluster. but i dont want to buy this bike, or go into everything els if i cant make the bike street legel. so im just looking for some advice from others who have done similer to this.
