I have owned this bike for 2 months - done 2000 miles. The power is great, handles well, looks good..BUT serious problem with heat transfer from engine to chasis. even on cool days, the chasis gets so hot that you cannot touch it. This is a very serious problem because after an hour or two on the bike - it becomes so uncomfortable on the sides of your legs and boots. I think Kawasaki has to do something about this.
