Gas tank not venting under certain conditions. Full tank ride hard on freeway get off and try stop and go at 3/4 of a tank. Engine will not idle. Take off gas cap and put back on and it will idle and run great until the next 3/4 of a tank. Dealer has clean filters and tubing three times and the problem has not gone away. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks,
