Bike would run for 15 to 30 Mins. then ignition failure. Let bike sit for approx. 30 Mins. then it would run again (as if something was overheating and then re-setting). Anyone out there know if the C.D.I. unit (Black Box) could act-up this way? Day-by-day the time it takes before it will start again is increasing. The last time I had to wait TWO DAYS (Yep, No-Spark) ! The Stator has been re-wound and the Coil has been bench checked. Battery is new and stays charged. I spent hours and hours cleaning all elect. contacts. --- Shade Tree Mech.
