I bought a 2003 Vespa ET2 50 on Ebay and can\´t register it at the California DMV because it doesn\´t have a CA emissions sticker, doesn\´t meet standards. Is there a way to retrofit the scooter to meet standards in the state? Will it ruin the bike? Is it expensive to convert?
