I just purchased a used 1993 HD FXRC Lowrider Convertible.
I like the pop off windshield, it will come in handy this winter, and I like the saddlebag design. Easy on and off.
While the bike doesn\īt have as much power as I\īm used to, it does seem to move along quite well. I like the dual discs up front, as most of your braking power is there. It does take alot to slow down 650lbs of steel. It\īs got decent ground clearance and handles quite well for a Harley.
I do plan on changing out the gas tank, and moving the gauges down to the tank one of these days, I\īd like to clean up the front of the bike and it looks like the stock gauge location was an afterthought. I\īve got the Corbin seat, and it\īs REAL comfortable.
For tires, I run the Pirelli Diablo Corsas as they provide good traction and decent mileage. I also run these on one of my Buells.
