Hey all...I need some help from fellow riders. I have a 2006 CBR 600 RR that slipped a contecting rod and was still under warranty. It has been sitting at the shop since January. I moved it to another shop in February since the 1st shop told me they wouldn\´t submit the information for it to be reviewed to see if it was covered under warranty. The 2nd shop said they could have in done in about a month after submitting it to warranty. Meanwhile it has sat for 5 months!!! I have contacted Honda Customer Service and have an open file with them but all they tell me is that they don\´t own the dealership and thus can only suggest and help, but can\´t enforce. They can\´t even give me a date as to when the bike might be completed. All they can offer is a discount on accessories... not sure what to do...any ideas. Plus Florida\´s (I am in Miami) lemon law doesn\´t apply to motorcycles.
