The XR200R engine produces 19 PS (18.7 bhp) at 9000 rpm. With standard gearing (13 tooth countershaft sprocket), 9000 rpm gives 73 mph. That is very close to the absolute top speed. I run a larger rear tire and a 14-T sprocket for faster cruise and I can sometimes get up to 75 mph. A reasonable cruise speed with standard gearing is probably about 55 mph at 7000 rpm.
