Hi Ray, I originally had a YAS1 in the early 70\´s, my first ever road legal bike. Just had to get another one to re-live my youth ha ha. Do you need complete new carbs? if its only the internals you could try www.nrp-carbs.co.uk, they do all the jets and gaskets ect. I manage to get most of my spares from ebay, one ebay shop in particular has lots of Yam spares and can obtain virtually most items, just have a look at \´\´Old parts shop\´\´. If you get stuck for anything let me know. Also, if you ever consider selling the YAS1 please let me know and I will offer a good price.
