I have 2 friends with 2007 flhtcu. Both had the same problem. The motor has a bad knock in it. One set in the harley shop for 8 weeks before they sent factory rep. Then they replaced the motor and the new one does the same thing. Friend in Hickory NC has his in the shop right now awaiting the factory rep. The transmission and motor is setting on the table. Sad but true, glad I didn\´t buy a new one like I started to. Stick with my 99 flhtcui.
