I have been told that the R6 is quiker. However there was an article in the Cycle Canada which compared the R6, CBR 600, GSXR and some kawasaki. The CBR was ranked first and the R6 second. These are ranked by people who race and ride for a living so take what you like out of it. Hope this helps. Jeff
