just bought a 2002 XR200R & as we were looking over it I tighten up a front bolt on the Cylinder Head cover. when i did that it lost compression & would not start. we loosened it & it starts. is this attached to the Kick decompression cable in some way ? should it be tighten at all ? we can turn it with our fingers or is there suppose to be a shorter bolt there ??
