Man, I came from a family of Enduro People, from my father in the 70\´s and now me and my brothers. We just never get tired of driving this way. The best, easyest and more fun compare to any other kind of bike. Enduro bikes won\´t be never fast as a 1000cc race bike, but trust me that, going up on a mountain u can be able to leave them behind, just thinking about having fun and not about being first. I have a honda AX-1 250 (4 strokes) here in Thailand where I\´m working and honda XR 400 in Italy. I can suggest you the XR 400. very easy to drive and good, strong and with generous engine. Anyway stay on the 4 strokes engines, they are more reliable, better with air cooling system (easyer to fix it by yourself). As I know,t all the enduro bikes are able to hold 2 people, but it always depend on what they write on the Bike\´s book). As last suggestion: stay with honda enduro bikes, I think they are the easyest and more reliable of the enduro bikes. DON\´T choose italian enduro bikes, (Aprilia, cagiva..) They could be fast and cool looking but they are easy to brake. At least motorbike like the Honda XR, if you get on the ground, most of the times, you just pick it up and go with nothing broken. Don\´t look only at the outside plastics. Good Luck Catscratch BKK
