I OWN 1981 HARLEY SPORTSTER. I WENT INTO THE PRIMARY TO TIGHTEN THE STARTER BOLTS WHICH I´VE DONE BEFORE WITH NO PROBLEMS. THIS TIME I AM UNABLE TO START THE BIKE. BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED ALL LIGHTS WORK I GET NOTHING WHEN I PRESS STARTER BUTTON. ALL CONNECTIONS APPEAR OK AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. STARTER WAS STRONG BEFORE IT DID THIS PROCEDURE. COULD IT BE THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR? PLEASE RESPOND.
