Great Looks, Weedy Peformance

Had my Shadow 125 6 months, great round town keeps up with traffic nicely. No good for long (50mile+) motorway trips. Bikes screaming flat out to keep at decent speeds. Best cruising speed 50mph. Due to very low torque hills can be big problem, speed drops very quickly in 5th and dropping down to 4th and revving the guts out of the machine is the only way to keep sensible speed. Lets be fair this bike is only 125cc and quite heavy. Ideal to learn on, but like me after about 6 months you will be looking to the Virago 535 or Drag Star 650 for some relaxing effortless crusing !
