Best way to touch up Lower- Fairing

I just bought a pumpkin 2000 F4 from a guy i have known for a long time, it was his first bike and he got it with 5 thousand miles on it for 3500 with some minor cracks in the lower right side fairing, he gave it to me for 3200 with 6000 miles on it and it is in great oncdition besides the uneven throttle at idle position (im thinking its the plugs?) but i was wondering how i could fix up the cracks without buying a new lower fairing because we all know its $$$.. Well thanks alot.
