have owned air cooled water cooled and oil cooled and found no difference in performance now i have air cooled 1100 virago i have sat in traffic for long periods of time with no problems just the sound off my bike and not a anoying sound of a fan starting every couple of minutes oil cooled is also good plus i feel that the big ugly rad sitting on the front of the bike should be left to cars.
