Greetings Bros, Ive been on Hogs all my life. A few weeks ago I test drove a 1984 Aspencade that belongs to a friend. Its now is my garage and my Hog and other HD friends arent talking to me because Ive put 600 miles on the Metric bike. Anyway can anyone help me out here with the following? I cant beleive ive fallen in love with a Metric Crusier. Its got 96k on it, is that alot for a metric water cooled motor? There is a little vibration, sounds like its coming from the shaft or trans. It only happens on acceleration. Any thoughts on that? The FM radio does not work, all wiring and connections were cleaned and seem ok. Are the silde in am/fm/casette receivers available for that model? I paid 2 grand for the bike in what I beleive is excellent condition and the local Honda dealer agrees the bike is ok for the amount of miles on it. Feel free to tell me all you know and be easy on me cause Ive come out of the closet :)
