Hey Kevin, Cant offer u anydirect help but just a suggestion. I happen to own a two-wheeler garage here in India, which also engages in cosmetic alterations and replicas. Out here, me and many other modification experts use fibre glass (upto 5 mm thk) for remaking replicas of original fairings of international bikes such as yours and then we match-fit the same onto the Indian bikes, suitably. U cud try this option at yr end. I m not sure how expensive or cheap it might work out to be, but u got 2 get hold of a fibre glass mouder who can remake this fairing for u by looking at an available picture & then making a mould that matches the dimensions of yr bike and takes all the fitments as on the original. Try it. Time taken for a mould out here is anywhere between 2-4 days. The final shape takes just one hr. to be made, dried and finished. I hope u havent tried this. If yes then.........well....put my advise in the trash an move on :-)
