Depending on your riding style and what your want out of your bike. If the sport side of you dominates then the TL1000R is your bike. My only complaint with the TL-R is the wierd rotory rear dampener. Some like it some donīt to me itīs just weird. If the all-rounder in you dominates the the katana is your machine. No real beefs from me with this bike besides the fact I prefer injected versus carbed bikes. Price isnīt and issue if you donīt enjoy your bike.
