I am very impressed with the Kawasaki "V2K" in every area except 2: A) The ergonomics....suck. Very unusual for a Japanese manufacturer. Nothing that an $800 Corbin saddle canīt fix, but you shouldnīt have to resort to that. B) The absolutely outrageous prices of the very limited accessories, and the antiquated fit. )ver $500 for a backrest, and itīs not a "quick release"? Over $300 for passenger floorboards? Letīs face it, HD rapes you with their prices...but even they arenīt this bad. Not the way to sell V2Kīs. For this bike to have the wrongly engineered rear shock for the swingarm is inexcusable also. I canīt believe that coming from Kawasaki. Itīs basically a great bike....but there are enough stupid things wrong...to kill it.
