Hi - The 2005 model has a great fairing and larger ´flow thru´ screen that almost eliminates helmet buffet, even at speed. It does not come with ABS although the breaks are extremely good with twin discs and 6 caliper pads up front capable of stopping the machine quickly. Better instrumentation, and seat and wonderful riding position...5"10" will find you sitting slightly forward of upright with great seat height. Hope this helps.
