Dave It sounds like you are very happy with the bike. as for OIL change 10k is way over the top. I built gas& diesel engines for 35 years. oil is way better now but not that good. 3k/6k is good or once a season. just remember it is way cheaper to change oil than a engine.
about the way this bike handles
it is not the best but not bad for the type of bike with some counter steering practiece it is good
