i´m in your shoes to mine hasen´t been started for 12 years and was sitting under a tree outside but I got it started. if the kickstarter is still moveable your fine, try checking for a spark by hooking a plug to the s.p wire then set it on the cylinder if no spark happens get a ke 175 repair manuel, if you get a spark then see if any gass is getting through the carb, if not clean the carb. If none of these work or if the piston is locked up sent the bike to the shop.
