I am thinking about buying the 2004 FZ6, - not R6 because i ride long distance too sometimes and ohten with passenger. FZ6 got the 2003 R6 engine with modified camshafts (to improve the low and mid rev power, they say). Does the R6 has a big lack of power at low and mid revs? How reliable is the R6 engine and transmission? & another guestion, how expensive it is to own a yamaha, compare to Honda example.
