I just got a 2003 urban sporty 50 however when i bought it i was told it didnt run. after looking around found a wire not plgged in so i put that back on. now there is a fuse coming off the pos. terminal that will blow after starting the engine...the engine runs for anout 5 secs then the fuse blows and the motor dies..there is no kick start on this thing either.
