A friend has offered to sale me two bikes for 1.5k. The first is a 2006 ninja 250 with 500 mile on it. The second bike is a 1997 BMW f650st with low miles, but it has been started in 3 years. I thought these would be starter bike for me and my son. Did I get a deal? Are there special things to check before I attempt to get the BMW started?
