Shaking front end when letting off gas/2003 Heritage Springer

Like the title says, when I let off the gas the front end starts shakin\´ pretty bad. I can tell it\´s comin\´ from the weight shift....i.e. when letting off the gas, the weight shifts to the front. Could it just be a bad tire from settin\´ up through most of the winter, or could it be something to do with the springer springs or shock? I appreciate any help.....Joe
