Need to lower 1988 sport glide

I have a 1988 sport glide and need it to be lower. The swing arm has already been turned and the current seat has been shaved down, but I still need about 1 1/2 inches to have a steady footing. Any suggestions or even an idea where to get another seat that might give me some room? The current is a dual with backrest x2. It was my uncles\´ bike and I hate to see it sit there after I had the maintenance and a top-end overhaul. Anything will be appreciated.
