80 Honda CB 650 discussion forum: missing ignition on 2,3,4

hi is anyone familiar with following problem, by turning motor by hand, ignition appers as it should! spark on all plug\´s but started only one cylinder is fireing?? with plug disconnected and held against the motor, it ignite a spark for 4-5 times and then it dies?? anyone faced this problem.
