usually the feel of the gears on every bike are a little diff and it takes very lil time to get used to it but getting into nuetral is not like changing gears it is a very soft small click it may take u a few times and if the bike is brand new it might b kinda stiff so once u get it loosened up youll be able to get it nue no prob
